How we work
We are set apart from others by our commitment to providing our clients with the most qualified and perfectly matching staff. As soon as you have made your request we shall start our searches within our vast database, and within 1 or 2 days we shall find you the requested candidate. You will be offered few candidates so that you could choose the one you need.
You may have the interview with your candidate at our office. As a rule we invite from 3 to 5 candidates and agree with you the place and time. Our qualified managers will assist you during the interview to help you estimate all professional qualities of the candidate.
Singing the contract with us
As soon as you have your candidate chosen you will have to sign a contract with us. Upon signing the contract you will be provided with full details of you candidate including passport data and previous employment history.
Following the above formalities you will be required to make an advance payment. The full amount (which is equal to 100% of the average monthly salary rate) shall be paid upon the expiry of the employee trial period.
All of our candidates (irrespective whether it is a housekeeper or a chef) shall be subject to a trial period which usually lasts from 7 to 14 days. If after the trial period you decide not to employ the candidate we shall find you another one on a free basis. If your employee gets sick we shall allocate a replacement as quickly as possible.
Upon the request of the employer we may arrange for the staff formal employment. We also provide advice and assistance in cases of any disputes or claims.
